Born Out of a Love of Spirituality
The idea of Soul Start was created from a desire to help others going through similar struggles I have faced throughout my life. As someone who has overcome/manages depression, anxiety, high sensitivity, an autoimmune disease, and a massive life change (awakening), I’ve had to learn the best ways to navigate life’s struggles and find peace through natural remedies. Soul Start is my outlet for this journey. Thank you for joining me on this ride!
